2. Organization Status

While we maintain a mission focused on public benefit rather than profit, we do not currently hold official non-profit or charitable status in any jurisdiction. Any donations or payments made to True Friendly Initiative Foundation are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

We are committed to transparency in our operations and will update these terms if our organizational status changes in the future.

3. Badge Usage

The True Friendly badge is provided as a means to demonstrate support for Jewish people. By requesting and displaying our badge, you agree to:

• Use the badge in accordance with our guidelines
• Not alter, modify, or distort the badge in any way
• Not use the badge in any manner that misrepresents your relationship with True Friendly
• Not use the badge in any manner that is derogatory, harmful, or offensive
• Remove the badge from your website or materials if requested by True Friendly

We reserve the right to revoke permission to use our badge at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

4. Verification Process

Our verification process is designed to ensure that badge holders genuinely support our mission. However:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of our verification process
• Verification is based on information provided to us and publicly available information
• Verification status may be revoked if new information comes to light
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from our verification decisions

5. Payments and Shipping

When you purchase physical badges or stickers:

• All payments are processed securely through our payment processors
• Standard shipping takes approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery, though shipping times are estimates and not guarantees
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been handed to the shipping carrier
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes

6. Intellectual Property

The True Friendly name, logo, badge design, and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of True Friendly. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written permission, except as explicitly permitted in these Terms of Use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
